Here at TyComm.net we try and make things as simple as possible and to make things as simple as possible we offer all of our services at an hourly rate. Now don't let that scare you, because by us offering our services hourly we actually can save you money. Typically on a bid based project your going to pay considerably more for your project as the bid has to take into effect unforeseen elements that may or may not arise. So if you don't have any issues arise and go with pretty much everything that's given to you then your overpaying on your project.
Now with that in mind TyComm.net will perform as much or as little work as you need for one set hourly rate so that you can easily calculate the price of your project. Another benefit to our approach is that you own all of the work generated as time progresses meaning that at any time during the relationship you can take everything that's been done and move to another firm if so desired.
- What We Charge - The Hourly Rate - We charge $75 per hour for all services. Packaged Price - The packaged website that we have offered is on a payment plan for 24 months. The total package price is $5,799 with $999 down and $199 per month for the 24 months. Maintenance and other charges may apply. Please see the custom website package page for complete details and information. Other Charges - Any and all third party services such as Authorize.net and Google have their own billing and payment requirements. Please see their web sites for further information or call us to discuss these other charges. If any other charges will be occurring on your project we will inform you prior to their implementation.
- How We Charge - The Billable Hours - Our hourly rate is calculated in 15 minute increments. Monthly Billing - We offer convenient monthly billing that can be paid either by credit card or check. Biweekly Billing - For larger projects or for those that require more extensive time we have the option of Biweekly billing. This is the same structure as the monthly billing but you will be billed twice a month verses once. One Time Charge - For smaller projects we charge and bill a one time fee that can be paid by check or credit card. A Monthly Budget - We can work with a set monthly budget that your determine. We suggest a budget of at least $300 per month to get the most out of our managment services.
- How You Pay - Credit Card Payment - We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards. If you want we can even keep a card on file for easy monthly payments. Check Payment - We accept checks however all returned checks will have an additional $40 charge applied to them. PayPal Payment - We can also accept PayPal payments.
- Late or Non Payment - Late Payment Charges - We don't have a late charge at this time but if your account is constantly delinquent we may add a late fee or stop service all together. If time get tight you have the ability make partial payments but service may slow or stop until your account is paid in full. Non Payment Penalties - If you don't pay your bill within 90 days of receiving your invoice all services will stop. All non paid web hosting of 90 days will have their web site taken down and may have to pay an additional reinstatement fee. If we manage your domain name and you don't pay within 30 days of it's renewal we will not renew the name and you may loose it and your rights to operating the web site. Domain names that laps and get listed back on the registrar will automatically loose web hosting as the DNS information will be lost. All returned payments will be charged $40. If payment is not made or if payment is returned such as a returned check all future work will need to be pre-paid and work will not start until payment has been verified, cleared and deposited by our bank. We reserve the right to deny performing any service due to non or late payment.
